Q:  What are your shipping times?

A:  This will depend on what is ordered and where it is delivered.  Normal shipping times are:

US Lower 48

    • Books:  Ship within 3 business days.  Normal delivery times are 3-7 days after shipping.
    • Unframed Prints:  Ship within 5 business days.  Normal delivery times are 3-7 days after shipping.
    • Framed Prints and Limited Edition:  Ship within 2-3 weeks to allow time for each to be framed.  Normal delivery times are 5-7 days after shipping.

Australia, New Zealand, UK, Alaska, Hawaii

    • Books:  Ship within 3 business days.  Normal delivery times are 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • Unframed Prints:  Ship within 5 business days.  Normal delivery times are 2-3 weeks after shipping.
    • Framed Prints and Limited Edition:  Ship within 2-3 weeks to allow time for each to be framed.  Normal delivery times are 2-3 weeks after shipping.

    Q: I am gifting the book but I ordered it too late to share at the party. Is there a printout I can include?

    A: You bet. Click here for a great print out of your gift.

    Q:  What are your shipping cutoffs for Holiday 2022?

    A:  After the following dates, your order may not reach you on or before December 24th.  We'll still try to get it there, but we can't be sure.

    Australia and New Zealand

    • Framed Prints: December 1
    • Regular Prints:  December 5
    • Signed Books:  December 1
    • Regular Books:  December 14 (New Zealand), December 20 (Australia)

    Canada

    • Framed Prints:  December 1
    • Regular Prints:  December 8
    • Signed Books:  December 8
    • Regular Books:  December 16

    US (except Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO/APO)

    • Framed Prints:  December 12
    • Regular Prints:  December 20
    • Signed Books:  December 18
    • Regular Books:  December 21

    Q: How do I reach customer support?

    Q: What is the refund policy?

    A: We offer a full refund, excluding shipping, for all unopened and new condition books returned within seven days of receipt of shipment.  All Art Prints are custom printed and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use our online form here or send an email to customersupport@jamesniehues.com to set up a return.

    Q: How do I know if an Art Print is for sale?

    A: Click on any individual mountain in the art section.  If you see an "add to cart" button, the image is for sale (see Whistler for example). If there is no "add to cart" button, it is not for sale.
