Mont Tremblant Ski Resort in Quebec, Canada
Painted in 2008
When it comes to Canadian skiing, the province of British Columbia gets all the hype. But what some folks don’t realize is that just as the United States has a robust East Coast ski scene, so does Quebec, the easternmost province of Canada. And Tremblant is one of the gems of that scene. Located just a few hours from Toronto, Tremblant brings the core ski experience into the reach of one of North America’s biggest urban centers. In fact, many visitors claim that Tremblant offers the best ski experience on the east coasts of both the United States and Canada. Some of that is due to its size, at 755 acres there is plenty of space for skiers of all abilities to spread out.
